Breathe Health Spa offers a variety of classes to support and improve your well-being. Our instructors lead wellness classes such as yoga, guided relaxation, aromatherapy and sound healing as you breathe in the benefits of halotherapy.

Salted Guided Relaxation

Soothe your body and your mind through this 45 minute guided journey. This class incorporates calming techniques such as gentle movement, aromatherapy, self massage, sound and breath work to help students release anxiety and stress.

FAR Infared Sauna

Modern technology and energy efficiency in FAR infrared carbon heating panels allow beneficial penetrating FAR infrared waves to remove body toxins, increase blood circulation, ease pain from sore muscles or aching joints, burn calories and improve skin tone among other benefits.

 

"Far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.

IV Hydration Therapy

A liter of saline fluids. Great source of hydration and an electrolyte replenisher. Options include standard, recovery, and jet lag.
